the "EMA" Humbucker (Bridge) Pickup
This is the high gain pickup that everyone wants. Its smooth in the high end, slightly scooped on the mids, and a really tight and focused low end. Think EMG 81 through a hot rodded tube amp, AKA thrash, Metallica, Megadeth. Those kinds of tones. The EMA also cleans up very well. It's very clear when played clean. It also blends nicely with a low output neck pick up. The EMA works great in smaller bodies guitars such as Strats, Teles, Rhoads style Vs. (description provided by Anthony Gallucci)

the "Starbreaker" Humbucker (Neck) Pickup
IMO this is the BEST NECK PICKUP PERIOD!
It has a fantastic low end, NOT flubby sounding, NOT too thin sounding.
it's just a nice, full, clean clear tone, very bell-like.
This pickup reminds me of a humbucker version of a strat neck pickup.
Compared to other humbuckers it's very similiar to an SD jazz but i feel that it's not
as bassy as a jazz. The Starbreaker also coil splits very, very well. with gains think Slash type tones.

the "Night Train" Humbucker (Bridge) Pickup
The closest pickup it sounds like is a cross between the 57 classic and a 69.
it's got the punch of a 69 with the brightness of a 57 classic.
It's very HiFi sounding like the 3550 but it's nowhere near as bright as a 3550.
This is definitely in that Knucklehead/Knucklehead plus territory but with more punch and top end sizzle.
Think GNR Night Train and Mr. Brownstone type of tones with the Marshall.
It also does a very convincing John Sykes or George Lynch.
Pull the gain down...Joe Perry all freaking day! Roll the volume back...Crystal clear tones.
It also blends very well with just about any neck pickup. The middle position stays clear and articulate.
it doesn't overpower the neck pickup that it's paired with like some bridge pickups can do.
Overall it's a very even, crisp and defined sounding pickup that provides a strong midrange to cut through a mix with a tight more focused bottom end and a top end that is pleasing yet defined.

the "69" Humbucker(Bridge) Pickup
Black Diamond's version of a hot rodded PAF style pick up. The 69 offers all of the clarity that you would expect from a PAF but it's got a good tight low end and a nice mid range punch. The 69 is similar to a SD JB but clearer in the mid range and smoother in the highs. The 69 also works great in the neck position since the low end is tight and the highs are smooth.

the "Knucklehead PLUS" Humbucker (Bridge) Pickup
"If you want those classic late 50's tones that everyone has come to love, this pickup is for YOU!
Crystal clear top end without being shrill full mids, tight low end, perfect pickup to put in your classic "Single cut" style guitar. Rol;l the volume down and it cleans up, wire it to a coil split and you'll get in that famous "S & JM" type single coil tones.
This pickup paired with a British voiced amp will get you all of your favorite 70's and 80's rock tones.
Pair this pickup with a chimey British or American voiced amp and you'll have some of the most articulate clean sounds you've ever heard."
